「We had a wonderful stay. Some of the staff would benefit from some more training. The restaurant meals were not as good as we expected for a hotel of this rating.」

「Very hip place. Really liked the rooms and common space. Pretty compact, which was fine.」

「Everything was lovely. It was convenient to stay on the property and it was nice to walk to restaurants and the wine tasting. So pretty.」

「The room was very clean and the property was well maintained. I went down to breakfast too late, but the servers still let me in to get drinks. Parking was free and convenient and the hotel was very close to Biltmore Estate, which we had come to visit. 」

「Friendly staff. Nice environment with rooftop views bar which serves tasty pizzas. Spacious room. Complementary reception is an extra bonus! Definitely recommend it!」

「Stay is always nice. Beautiful property, i'm really comfortable to stay at. If they had a pool, that would be wonderful, they keep saying they're planning one.But that hasn't happened yet. Location is great.It's right across from the entrance to built.More estate is part of built more village. Lots of dining and shopping are in a short walk and even a short drive away. Redstag restaurant inside is superb.It is a higher end restaurant, so it's gonna be pricey.But was well worth the price....
