「Staff really friendly and helpful. Thought the staff were all excellent. Loved the swimming pool which was excellent. Parking really good to have near the hotel. Bit disappointed with the following though to be honest as hotel is rated 4 stars: Thought the hotel was maintained well in communal areas but in rooms a bit less well - the room I was assigned was far too hot to stay in which was the main problem but also had very tired wrinkling carpet inside and narrow steep staircase up where...
