"Stunning house in a lovely area! The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable each with a bathroom. Living spaces were a good size and nicely furnished. The communication before from Stef and Nikki was exceptional and we were provided with lots of info to make our stay more enjoyable. Hot tub overlooking the river was a nice touch. "Beautiful property, plenty of space and lots to keep you entertained. The house was very clean and tidy with very comfy beds. Plenty of kitchen wear they only thing we may suggest is some form of cleaning product as it wasnt something we thought of bringing with us. But other than was a great weekend and highly reccomend. "

"This is an amazing place to stop , very clean , warm and everything you need to have a good stay , it was -3 when i stopped but was warm n snug , tesco and lidl at the end of the road. I will definitely be stopping again when im up this way "

"Lovely clean well equipped home, spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of the water. It was a very hot weekend and so some fans would have helped but that’s the only negative. Also a later checkout , perhaps 11am would have been a more relaxing end to a great weekend."

"This cottage was lovely and had everything you needed. Owners are great and on standby if you need anything. I was there for work and had to sleep in the day. Black out blinds very helpful and rooms comfortable and cosy. I also managed to explore some of the area and is a lovely place to go to on holiday. "Lovely Rustic Charm, great next to the Broad, freedom to come & go -totally idyllic for me. Quiet, peaceful and commutable to local town, train station. Relaxing and would love to return. Basic but suitable cooking facilities, hot water, good shower, comfortable accommodation. "
