"The correct description would be that it is a Air & B without a Stowe/owen/kitchen supplies but with a refrigerator. What they claim at the web page IS NOT correct. The pool is correct and there is a restaurant, a one man show. We were the only ones at breakfast, one day no one was even there. A scam. Majority are residents in this complex. The ladies at the receptions was sweet though and did their best. "

"Joli hôtel classé et bien placé. Cependant le service est inefficace. Nous avons dû nous y reprendre 6 fois durant la journée pour payer, et recevoir notre monnaie et expliquer à la succession de réceptionnistes mal formés que nous avions payés. Personnel sympathique mais mal formé avec un manager à distance à Potosi très directif. Cela a rendu le séjour désagrable."

"This is a special place, really lovely people take great care to cook delicious meals, keep gardens looking beautiful, and give recommendations on what to do and see. Loved the room too. Be warned you do have to walk uphill a while to get there, was tough for us as we hadn’t acclimated to the elevation. But we’ll worth it!"

"gabriella the manager was amazing. she was very accommodating. She cooked breakfast which was included in the rate of the room and we ended up having dinner there every evening that she cooked. We were the only guests there which was lovely for us. The views from both the balcony off of the room and the dining room were amazing. If I went back to Sorata this is where I would stay. Lovely."
