"The hotel is nice and so is the staff. It is at a great location near the

. The food at the restaurant is delicious and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However they should work a little better with operations management at the front desk when it comes to online booking to avoid any confusions with guests checking in and out. Besides from that, the staff and manager on duty did their best to rectify the situation and I appreciate the efforts that was made."
