「I booked for a senior suite. I was placed in a junior suite because even though I had already paid they double booked it and gave it to someone else. I was upset, but they said I’ll be refunded for the difference. I reached out several time to the property, to Expedia and they weren’t able to help. Even tho I was given a receipt with the amount to be refunded. Now I am filling a claim with my bank. Additionally, the food was terrible, they only have one iron on the entire property which I needed...

「We had a nice stay for four days in Calavi. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The a/c worked well and there was a small fridge in the room where we kept water. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning. If we return to Calavi, we would be happy to stay there again.」

「Taxi driver got very lost trying to find the hotel in the dark when we arrived. PLEASE put a sign on the main road & on the hotel door to help people find it. Breakfast wasn't served until 9am so we were unable to take it as we were on a work trip. Please consider travellers who are travelling for work and need to get to meetings by 9am so cannot wait for a late breakfast.」
