「We had a nice stay for four days in Calavi. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The a/c worked well and there was a small fridge in the room where we kept water. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning. If we return to Calavi, we would be happy to stay there again.」

「I booked for a senior suite. I was placed in a junior suite because even though I had already paid they double booked it and gave it to someone else. I was upset, but they said I’ll be refunded for the difference. I reached out several time to the property, to Expedia and they weren’t able to help. Even tho I was given a receipt with the amount to be refunded. Now I am filling a claim with my bank. Additionally, the food was terrible, they only have one iron on the entire property which I needed...

「We only stayed here one night, but the staff were so friendly and accomodating. The rooms are HUGE. Breakfast was very filling, we were offered eggs, an assortment of bread, salad, fruit, juice, tea and coffee. The kids enjoyed the pool and the games out on the terrace. The manager, Toby, was very friendly and our kids loved his dog, Moon.」

「En la habitación no funcionaba la ducha tampoco se podía tirar de la cadena del váter después de cuatro días pidiendo que nos arreglaran la ducha nos fuimos sin conseguirlo las habitaciones no se hacen y solo había una toalla para dos personas nos salvó que un compañero tenía ducha y salía un chorrito de agua 」
