Would lodge here again. Staff was attentive, friendly and very helpful. Communications were prompt and effective. Asked for late check-out and it was done without any hastle. Free Shuttle too/from airport with clear directives were a plus. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Special thanks to the breakfast crew, guards, and reception staff. Djabi cafe next door was consistently good and the ladies were extra friendly and serviced customers with personal care. Mr Gerard was on top with all aspects of customer service from airport arrival through departure. Hotel is Conveniently located. Thank you

OK, but restaurant is below expectations

Rooms are fine, and good location. But the major drawback is the restaurant. Quality is fine, but lower than expected for such a hotel. Buffet are fine, but nothing that really makes you willing to go for dinner. A la carte are ok, but takes a long time to arrive. However all personnel are very nice, and always ready to help.

Would stay here any day!! Our best lodging this whole trip, customer service was on point. They took good care of us. I gave room service my baby bottles to wash every morning. I wish we stayed longer!! Breakfast has a vast variety of options and they have an airport shuttle! In terms of WiFi tho very trash, I would be connected and would have to disconnect in order for anything to load on my phone. I feel like they should be able to do better with the WiFi.

First of all the promised shuttle didn't come and I had to find someone to call for me the hotel. Then they sent a driver but I lost half an hour. At the reception I had to wait another 30 minutes to get my key!! For this money I expect better service!!! The restaurant was really good, I enjoyed great dinner for a really good price. The shuttle back was quick and free of charge. The hotel is clean and modern.

Its walking distance to the Dahomey statue and Heritage Wall. The U.S. embassy is directly across the street and other ministry offices. My only dislike about the franchise of the hotel is their very firm beds.
