The employees are friendly and care that you're having a good trip. The pool and the service there was amazing. I will book there again if we stay on Ambergris Caye.」

From the beginning the staff was very attentive about how we would be arriving to the hotel, and any accommodations they could make. Rooms were spacious and clean. The outside area of the hotel was beautifully kept clean. The pools were amazing my daughter had the best time. Rainer was the best, best customer service. 」
