「Amazing property and wonderful staff.」

「We enjoyed our 2-night stay here very much. The hotel is located at the centre of the city, very close to the Collégiale Notre-Dame. The front door of the hotel leads to the underground lobby. The front desk staff was very friendly, warm and helpful, the check-in process was very smooth. Our room is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. The front desk staff was very helpful」

「Tasteful appointments」

「This was a cheap basic hotel: clean, functional, and close to the town centre. However the amenities were minimal, no bottled water, and really minimal coffee/tea in the room (ie: 1 instant coffee, 1 tea-bag, and no milk), breakfast was disappointing with no cooked or warm offerings. The rooms in the hotel (other than the bedrooms) look like they haven’t been updated since the late 1950s, which has a quaint retro style I guess. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay.
