「Room temp set at 64 it never went under 72. I paid for the room through Expedia the hotel charge me. I’ve called them four times and talk to them four times they should not have charged me nothing it was already prepaid. They have been no help now I have to call my credit card. Well, I was there. I confronted the staff every day and asked him about it. They said it will be refunded. I still have not seen it.」

「Clean room, breakfast was okay but consider decent with the price we paid. Will definitely stay there again if I go back to montreal」

「The hotel staff were kind and considerate. I checked in super late but the front desk was friendly regardless. When I went back to my car to collect my other stuff, the front staff even went out of his way asking me if I was please with my room. The only complain I have is of the air condition. As others have stated the air condition was very loud. But I think to fix this issue, they would need to replace the current air condition with a more updated version, which may be out of their budget. So...

「位置极好，就在河边，有一条沿河步道，可以晨跑，酒店房间比较小，有股霉味，卫生间的洗脸盆上没有放东西的置物架，旁边马桶上有，不过这个设计极败，东西一旦掉下来了就进马桶了，不幸我的牙刷就是这样废了。」

「It could not have been any better. Stayed in 2 units as a family and enjoyed the kitchen, the decks, the peacefulness , the books and games for kids. Very quaint and enjoyable.」
