「The property is stunning, beautiful. The beach is the most beautiful one I have ever seen. However food and drinks at this particular hotel are overpriced. Other properties located at the same beach had about $10 below for same drinks and same food. This hotel is definitely overpriced. Also worth noting, at Harbor island they include mandatory tip (18-20%), and a different kind of tax that is 10% on top of that, so the bill comes out much higher than expected. 「Friendly customer service, beautiful room and great food!」

「I really wish it was a better experience. The rooms were not up to par. We had to switch rooms 2 times because of issues. First room the shower didn’t work. Second room the ac was broken. Third room didn’t even lock properly or have a working bathtub but we decided twice was enough and we would just take our chances. The front desk totally screwed up my reservation and charged me twice. I still have not been refunded but hopefully will in the near future. Otherwise Harold’s wonderful smile kept...
