「Hotel in dire need of redecoration throughout. Carpets dirty, bathrooms tired, cleanliness debatable. If you're looking for 5 star accommodation this is not for you. More focused at the lower end of the scale.」

「Pictures don’t do it justice, beautiful property, lovely location, we had a great stay」

「i booked the Bungalow, 2 friends also stayed, they watch TV unlike me. The TV didnt work as far as we could tell. It actually led to more conversation which is better. the beds were so comfy and lovely soft pillows, a courtesy pint of milk and good coffee we laid on. nice soft towels and very clean hoovered carpets on arrival. a very nice area and peaceful village.」

「Sadly, a disappointing stay in a hotel that has the potential to be beautiful but is dated and poorly maintained. We did not receive the suite we specifically booked for its layout. 「Incredibly friendly and helpful staff at front desk! Thank you」

「Fantastic」

「Great stay many thanks. Nice property but please keep it refurbed and up to date. Needs aircon for the summer, fans good but too hot as windows cannot be fully opened. Great service in the bar/restaurant but needs Guinness back rather than Caffreys Stout! Will miss the lamb skewers from new menu but the new sticky chicken ones are also good. That said a tad less bbq sauce would be ideal.」

「No check in desk, no room cleaning, no hot water, no heat, no breakfast service. Food very mediocre. Management of this hotel was disgraceful. Staff were amazing in very difficult circumstances. Stayed here many times before…..never again」

「This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed so far by hotel.com bookings! No customer service at all!!! We all had to wait so long for someone to come out of the front office for checking in! And they were not in mood of helping their customers, everything were turned down and ‘NO’! One of the guests had no choice but changed to Double-tree immediately after checked in! The frost desk simply doesn’t answer any calls fm rooms, they just said ‘will call u back’ and hanged up, but never called back....

「位置比较好找，设备一般吧，以后可能会不再考虑入住」
