「The room was nice but bathroom could have been cleaned better. There was hair on the bottles of shampoo and body lotion. The pool area needs some help」

「Beautiful swimming pool, sauna and fire pit area! Rooms very updated. But next time, I would choose to NOT stay in the building that is in the front where street is. Too noisy from all the motorcycles and very bright light from the lighted resort sign comes in from the top of the curtains. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay!!」

「The bathroom had black stuff coming out of the hand rail in the shower. The stopper was laid out. The AC unit was leaking on the floor. The bathroom fan and a weird blue light in it. Our room number was wrote in pencil on the wall. Walking by other rooms and they had plates with room numbers. Requested a lake view. Did not get one, told that they were full. The parking lot only had 15 cars max. No buses or anything. Breakfast was very bland and not appealing.」

「We stayed at this hotel the night before an early flight, and its location made getting to the airport very convenient. Check-in was quick and smooth, and parking was easy and hassle-free. One tip for future guests: if you have a rental car, be sure to fill up the gas tank before arriving at the hotel. The nearby gas station was about $1.50 per gallon more expensive than other stations in the area. Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable stay for travelers with an early flight.」

「It was very clean and well maintained. It does need a laundry for guests. That was the only disappointment we had.」

「The property was close to town. Which was good. The room lacked a garbage can, other than the tiny one in the bathroom. There were no hand towel holders, which would have been convenient. Also a handheld shower sprayer would be nice. The street noise was very loud. No place to walk the dog.」

「The Holiday Inn Express was very well located. It was clean, the staff was always helpful, and the room was well 'laid out' and had a great shower. The breakfast was excellent and the staff there went out of their way to make things special. No surprises, just what we needed.」

「We stayed in the cave for our anniversary and loved it! It feels so private and was just what we were looking for. The indoor Jacuzzi was perfect and the little porch area felt secluded, with the adorable round window doorway for a hobbit vibe. The walk in shower was very nice. Overall the unit was very clean and in great shape. If I had to say anything critical it would be the stairs going down to the unit are part of the experience, but not for anyone with mobility issues. Also you cannot...

「Getting in and out of the property was difficult. The perfume smell in the casino and hotel was stout. Security was ridiculous. I appreciate a reasonable level of security for everyone but if you have to have all of your bags checked, go through a metal detector and provide an id and get your picture taken every single time you come into the hotel and casino is a bit much. Will not return. 」
