"Room was great. Breakfast was great. Hotel was sold out so it was full of people. People did not have seats for breakfast. Not enough parking. Very close to the Grand Canyon park."

"The staff was not friendly at all upon check in. They were also not helpful when we were needing food options. At breakfast my family of 4 waited 20 minutes and never received a server, even after a water attendant if we could get one. We then decided to stand in the coffee shop line and waited there another 20 minutes to decide to leave the line and go somewhere off property. The room was standard and mediocre. The only perk to staying there in my opinion is the balcony view, but even the proximity to the swimming beach was much further than we anticipated. We thought it would be a short walk away not a short drive away. This stay was our least favorite on our week long road trip. "

"Clean hotel, easy check in process and nice views. Great location and nice breakfast for a price. I would stay here again, it’s around less than 2 miles from Sky Harbor airport with a free shuttle."

"Not enough parking. We did not arrive until 10 PM, and the parking lot was full. Had to park off property and walk. "
