"Best to choose another hotel!"

" The location of the hotel isn’t in a comfortable part of town. The economy room was very small, claustrophobic, uncomfortable for me. When the room was booked I wasn’t made aware of what the rooms condition would be. It did have a small fridge, microwave, tv with satellite, shower that was ok, double bed with hard pillows. Couldn’t open the curtains as others could see in. It was an old motel set up. Wouldn’t recommend it."

"Pike’s Waterfront Lodge is my absolute go-to whenever I visit Alaska—I’ve stayed here in both summer and winter, and it never disappoints. It’s one of the best places to view the Northern Lights right from the comfort of your hotel. The location is breathtaking, especially with the river completely frozen, creating a truly magical setting. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making every stay exceptional."

"Staffs here are OK but poorly managed. My room wasn't ready for check in time. After my check in, I found that the room was missing refrigerator. Previous guest's (?) hairs in shower, sink and bathroom floor... ... Nothing devastating but poorly managed."

"Convenient location close to the airport, but not so close that planes would wake you up. I have stayed here many times and always have a good experience."
