「Just supply the towels back after you take them out. Other than that, everything was excellent.」

「What I liked: food was good, staff were helpful, place was beautiful, nice looking room. What I didn’t like: had to ask reception twice to sort out my WiFi. No usb charging in the room. No parking for my car, had to park in the street. Very little entertainment. Afternoon kids club very boring no kids come or know about it, lady seemed to just wake up when we found the place. Air conditioning, could not adjust temperature, either on or off. Telephone had to be replaced. Some of the bedding...

「I liked it here. Very family friendly, great waterpark. Food is pretty typical of such all inclusive. Restaurant had a BBQ out the back which had tasty options often ignored by most guests (they could make more of this).」

「Property is very well kept and has amazing views from the rooms. The food services though needs some attention. Extremely hectic during peak times with insufficient support from wait staff. They seem to be overwhelmed and the service could use some improvement. Their alacarte prices are extremely overpriced. Not sure if this is on purpose to push all inclusive but overall great place but need focus on food services for sure」

「Clean, very good breakfast, good location」

「Great place great food great stuff」
