「Love these hotels, however, there was a lot of noise above us(running and jumping) and I asked the gal at the front desk if she could politely ask the people above us to stop the running and jumping because we had listened to it for hours!! Her comment was,”We can only contact someone for “excessive noise” and only after 10pm. To me, it was excessive and the response was rude. We had to turn up our TV because the noise was “excessive “.」

「Great property. Need to have lighter blankets available for the beds. The quilts were too heavy unless you put the AC into freezer mode. Also would like a standard salt shaker for breakfast. A salt grinder was too uncontrolled for my eggs. Other than those nitpicks, great hotel. 」

「This property was clean, comfortable, and the staff was downright friendly and helpful. We went to Boise because we have a goal to visit all 50 states, and we absolutely fell in love with this town. We definitely hope to return, and we'd definitely stay at this hotel again.」
