Room was spotless when entering and staff was helpful. During complimentary breakfast, I realized my fruit was not washed and dirty. Did not know you had to request for room service.

Hotel Teatro
The room unfortunately did not meet expectations and showed signs of long-term wear. The carpet appeared overdue for replacement, the curtains had noticeable stains, and the bathroom plumbing continued to run. However, the staff at the reception desk were warm which was genuinely appreciated.
