「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. 「This is one of my go to hotels when wanting to stay in Denver. Love the outdoor hot tub but wish the pool water was a bit warmer. Staff is always very friendly and helpful! Thanks for making our stay special!」

「The room was very nice, spacious and clean. We lucked out with a top-floor room so the view was ideal. All service was superb, including the valet service. One minor complaint, maybe, is that the cooling system seemed to have a hard time cooling; went as low as 60, we left it at that and the room was still burning up. Putting it on 65 was awful! Otherwise, everything was great!」

「I was there for a conference. the location to the convention center is really close and many restaurants and pharmacy and Target nearby. 」

「Bed was comfortable, pillows ok (not my preference), had to unplug the refrigerator because it was sporadically making this loud humming noise, beautiful and large bathroom. There were some weird stains on the floor, otherwise it was very clean! Airport shuttle was great and timely! Breakfast was standard hot hotel breakfast. Definitely recommend this hotel.」

「1. nearly closed to where I want to go during my visit. 2. Local transportation is quite convenient around the hotel 3. Didn’t have room cleaning everyday even I did the requested 4. Need to improve the variety of breakfast . 5 need to ask for towel changing and tooth brush and tooth paste every time. 6. No free bottle of water. 」

「Because I went to bed late and had to take a 9 o'clock bus to the airport at 3 o'clock in the morning. The service staff called me twice but I was still very sleepy. However, they waited for me patiently. I think they are very responsible!」
