"The Sheraton presents as a decent luxury hotel resort in Fiji. The facilities and location are very good, however, occasional lapses in service quality and attention means that you might be better served at a competeng establishment."

"Highlight was the pool and the slide, and the food at the restaurant was great. Wonderful breakfast options. Our room was quite tired and at the very back of the property so wifi wasn't good. Overall a reasonable overnight stay close to the airport."

"We stayed in the 2 bedroom beach front villa which was beautiful sunsets, clean and comfortable rooms and amenities. The air con in our master room was leaking but we just let the air con from living room flow through with no problems. Our room was not ready and had to wait at bar till 3ish but they were accommodating in allowing a late check out to make up for that which worked well for us going to airport later that afternoon House keeping and restaurant/bar staff are amazing - so friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed the dinner and entertainment- food was delicious, we had all the curries and whole steamed fish + dessert, very satisfying and a good last meal on our holiday. Serenading band are very good too - lovely voices to soothe the soul 😍 Vinaka vaka levu for your beautiful hospitality 🙏"

"Resort is in dire need of renovation, with multiple issues/appliances falling apart etc. The kids don't care though, still loved it. Staff lovely and helpful, but overwhelmed and desperately understaffed by the looks. If price is ok and you have young children, its still a good stay, but would strongly recommend staying away if childless/older children in favour of other options until they sort themselves out."
