"Our room was very cozy and quiet with a beautiful view, and the temperature was comfortable and easily adjustable. Check-in was smooth and the staff were courteous and efficient. We deeply appreciate the free and ample parking—that feature will definitely have us returning very soon. The only thing we found a bit off-putting was the poorly functioning elevator and inaccessible staircase, otherwise it was awesome. Thank you so much! "

"I visit Royal couple of times a year I love it the service is fenomenal. Front desk personal the guy his name Aceere and everyone really good. The ladys at the breakfast super friendly. The breakfast is super tasty but menu always the same."

"The rooms were very clean, and breakfast was well organized. One suggestion would be to offer a non-pork option with the eggs and add another toaster, as the line was quite long. Otherwise, everything was excellent."

"Lovely breakfast, the rooms are clean. However the heating left me very uncomfortable during the night, it either kept blowing dry hot air directly to the bed where I was laying or was switched off which left the room so cold. The lights were also very dim. The staff were very nice and helpful."
