Two positive comments I can make: the staff were friendly and helpful, which counts for something, and the beds were comfortable. But the property smells of damp, the free Wi-Fi sucks, the cold water in the sink didn't work (only scalding hot) so we had to brush our teeth in the shower, everywhere in the place feels beat-up and grimy, and the only way to get air to circulate in the rooms was by opening the...

「Nice clean room, comfortable bed. Great proximity to Harry Potter Studios and walking distance to a yummy pub. Off-street parking. Note shared bathroom. We had noisy neighbors at 2 am but not the fault of the B and B.」

「Last minute booking made at 8pm by 11.30pm was at the property and no lockbox enaul had been forwarded so could not get into the property. Had to find alternative accomodation as could not waitcany longer for the info as no indication my issue was being addressed. Finally received the lockbox email at 12 30am 4.5hrs after the booking. Would not advise last minute/evening bookings for this venue.」
