「Our experience at this hotel has been the worse. We have booked through Expedia for many years and this is the first time where the hotel we booked did not offer the ammenities that it said it had. In our case it was a washer and dryer. The person at the front desk told us it was a problem out of their control because it was advertised wrong on the Expedia website and that they could NOT do anything about it. The room was also in a very poor condition. The door DID NOT close all the way and...

「Great spot in an excellent location. Tati at the front desk went the extra length answering my many questions about PB and it's offerings.. PBHI is not your typical hotel, but it is perfect for the casual visitor.」

「It's actually a 1 bedroom apartment, complete with full kitchen. Its immaculate. The grounds have a lovely pool and comfortable lounge chairs, even has grills and tables for eating outside in a pergola. Across the street from a beautiful ocean beach. Highly recommend. 」

「This is my to go to hotel when I come to visit Florida. No matter where I’m going to visit. Miami or Orlando, West Palm Beach. I’m staying here. Please read before booking. Not everyone wants valet. But I do and that was worth every penny. And I don’t enjoy house keeping knocking at my door everyday. I do enjoy requesting housekeeping. Overall this hotel meets my standards especially with the 24/7 access to the private beach. If you book here.. ENJOY YOUR STAY! I DID! 5 Stars!!」

「Room was spotless, service couldn't be better! In room mini bar had nice snacks, soft drinks and even beer at no extra charge. This place is expensive..but, if you value great amenities & treatment..it's as good as it gets!」
