"Upon arrival at the hotel, as soon as we pulled over so that I can get out of the car, the front staff banged on my drivers door and asked him to move away from the entrance. This was because apparently a VIP was needing to get in their car. The staff didn’t bother to recognise the inconvenience caused and the second class treatment.
I am sure Accor hotels don’t have this kind of standard and it’s only to be seen in India. So unfortunate but I will not be using or recommending this kind of guest service to anyone. Hotel staff failed to adhere to consistent client service."
