「 we have a quite disappointing staying there as start the lack of communication is unspeakable they send me a message with main door code and room code, which nowadays phones filter it as spam, rather than send through Expedia or personal email, it get worst when it comes to security, all the room has the same code, it’s scary like someone figurs out all has the same code or even by mistake open the same door. In the first room, it was too cold below 70 despite the heating is working all day...

「First room was filthy, had to change rooms due to the showers floor completely dirty. Valet was a mess.」

「Horrible hotel and no airport shuttle. Dirty room and poorly maintained hotel. I called the hotel when my flight landed so that we could get the advertised airport shuttle. I was informed that the driver had went home “sick”. We had to uber to the hotel. We were not offered any reimbursement for the uber. It was obvious they did not care. If you are relying on airport transportation, do not stay here.」

「The hotel was lovely, and the rooms were comfortable. Outside the hotel, for several hours a night, cars drove by with modified mufflers, revving their engines and playing loud, reverberating music. It was so disruptive to any sense of peace and quiet, especially between the hours of 10 PM and 2 AM. Really nice place, but will not return due to the street activity and noise.」

「The hotel is very nice and the rooms spacious, comfortable and great decor. Parking is easy but it does take a good walk with stairs to get to the hotel. The bar/ restaurant is very nice with a lovely view. Breakfast was nice but not worth the price.」

「I had a pleasant stay at Wilbur Mansion. The staff was very welcoming, and the service was professional. The overall environment was excellent. However, there were a couple of drawbacks: the door didn’t have a locking function from the inside, and there were no disposable slippers provided. As for dinner, the taste was fairly standard, but the pork chop was exceptionally well-grilled and seared to perfection. I highly recommend giving it a try!」
