"Hotel was clean staff allowed kids to run around the lobby all day even at 12:15 am kids where running around while staff stood outside on the phone hot tub wasnt working room wasnt anything special but was clean bathroom was out of body wash and conditioner breakfast was very bland"

"Nice location. Easy to get to. Breakfast was delicious, hearty and wholesome options (pancakes, eggs, oatmeal, sausage, potatoes). Rooms were spacious and comfy, the beds were super comfortable, some of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in, it’s like they have a pillow-top mattress. The workout room was great, good quality equipment. The inside and common areas were nice and pleasant. The only disappointment and from here on out was the information that IHG hotels including Holiday Inn Express were discontinuing in-room coffee makers to reduce single use plastics which was highly frustrating because I want coffee in my room in the morning when I wake up. I don’t want to go down to the 24 coffee bar in the lobby to get coffee first thing in the morning. However there are some in-room coffee makers available upon request so all was not lost on this occasion because I got one but in the future it could be a problem because the hotel is only keeping a small number of Keurig coffee machines for in room use available upon request. However the vast majority of guests will need to use the breakfast bar coffee machine which is available 24 hours. So be warned future guests who love coffee first thing in the morning."

"Disappointed we had to move rooms because the people above us were so loud the walls were shaking. They made us move as we complained instead of party making all the noise. No hot water couple times in evening. Otherwise nice facility. Decent breakfast."

"I stayed here for one night and it was a terrible experience. There were a lot of bugs and cockroaches in my room, especially all over the kitchen area. It was very uncomfortable and unsanitary. Definitely an awful stay, and I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"Condition of the property is well kept. Hot tub is a bonus. Didn’t partake in the morning breakfast. I would consider a return visit. Wish they had showers, almost took a fall getting out of the tub, very slippery."

"Have stayed here multiple times over the years with my family. Always pleased with our stay. Only issue had this stay was the phone wasn’t working for us to call out to front deak. Will definitely stay again,has became a family tradition for our family. "

"This property was clean and the room was accommodating for families with multiple kids. Breakfast was somewhat limited but fine for us. The issues experienced in the room included outlets not working. We had 9 devices to charge after busy days and we struggled to have them fully charged for the next day. Also the temperature in the room was difficult to manage. The air blew constantly even when turning up the temperature. The fridge was minimally used but when we put stuff in, it would not make or keep it cold. The last thing that was a bit frustrating was the lack of staff at the front desk. There was one manager, Laurie I think, that was very present. When she was not there, we could not find anyone at the front desk. They would be in the back and not checking for any patrons for up to 10 minutes, maybe more if we were more patient. We had to yell in the back and when they appeared, they seemed annoyed that we called on them. There was no bell or any alarm that went off when entering. Overall, we would stay again but there could have been some easy fixes to make our stay more enjoyable."

"No clean, everything was old and dusty, wasted my money, worst hotel ever, I informed the front desk that bedding and shower curtain were so wrinkled, she didn’t seem to care. I will never stay there again."
