Hot Breakfast was okay. Waffles, sausage patty, and egg patty. Not enough variation but it did the job for us to fuel up enough for our day at the Cincinnati Open. A/C was great in the room. Staff was super friendly. Beds were not that bad. I didn’t wake up in pain so that is a bonus. Hotel was nothing fancy but we stayed for the convenience of location & breakfast, not style points. Very affordable for what we were looking for. We would stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

While an older hotel, it was clean, maintained, and nice for a quick long weekend stay. If you are looking for a clean place to just sleep and shower this is your place plus free breakfast is well always a nice touch. Just an exit away from Kings Island makes it the perfect place to choose as an affordable place to stay when visiting. Plus lots of food options around the hotel too.

We booked a 2 bed room for 2 nights. The first room we arrived in had multiple carpet stains, strange stains in the ceiling tiles as if one too many parties happened in the room, and the bed linens when pulled back were dirty with dark hairs everywhere. Maybe it was from cleaning people but it was still gross. We were able to call the front desk, the manager came up and assigned us a new room. That room overall was much cleaner but the bed linens still had some permanent stains and some tears in one comforter.

The lip of the swimming pool was terribly rough and jutted out over the edge. Two people's toes in my room was painfully scraped. Missed the breakfast because it ended at 9. Even McDonald's stays open until 10.

Room door was propped ajar when I first arrived. I questioned whether room was actually clean and front desk said that the person that checked it must have placed the metal door loop in the jamb to prop it open for some reason. Acted like it was no big deal. Elevator wasn’t working, carpets stained, walls and doors chipped paint and marks. Rooms musty. The staff was very helpful otherwise.

This property was dated, and could use a big facelift. The carpeting should all be replaced. The bedclothes were not the cleanest. And the breakfast is average at best. The bathroom was also very small..

Our blankets were yellow stained. We dealt with it because we were only there for one night, and elevator was broken so we had to take the stairs. We had no hot water in our room. When we said something about the hot water the guy at the desk picked up a pen like he was going to write our info down and said he would try and get us a credit. When we started to walk away my daughter watched him set the pen down and roll his eyes. DO NOT STAY HERE!
