"I booked this hotel on Expedia as a 19 year old. I arrived in town for a concert around 1 pm after traveling 4 hours from home and was told I couldn’t check in due to my age. I was told if I came back with someone over the age of 21 they would allow me to check in. I came back after the concert with a friend who was also in town and was staying at the Hyatt in West Palm Beach. The hotel denied letting the person check in on my behalf. Thank goodness I had a friend in town and could stay at their hotel or I would have been sleeping in my car. The hotel would not make any accommodations and they refused to refund my reservation. I’ve tried to speak with the manager, with Best Western, and with Expedia. Lesson learned to stay away from this chain and Expedia for reservations in the future. There are no safeguards in place to keep these kind of mistakes from happening. "

"Amazing ocean and pool view! Gorgeous sunrises. There is a parking garage. Restaurants within walking distance. Happy hour with snacks. Recently remodeled and spectacular. I highly recommend this place for a fabulous vacation! Fun in the 🌞 "

"The room was perfect for the location, one block from the ocean and all the restaurants. The request for an electrical repair was handled in a timely manner. There is a TV, but we could not find a way to operate it. The AC unit was near the bed and loud so we shut it off to sleep. We loved sitting outside for coffee near the pool. It was very peaceful and we appreciate you running such an affordable apartment."

"They need to hire more people for the evening shift we had to wait 15 minutes before somebody can check us in we ask for extra bed. It was not available. We ask for a blanket. It was not available. Definitely you need to have some extra blankets available in the evening otherwise the location is great and the hotel is good. "

"The pool was closed. I asked can we just sit around the pool and not go in. The woman said no. The shower flooded the bathroom. We were suppose to stay 2 nights after the 1st night i received a txt saying we can check out early. I said we have a 2 night stay. They said no. I have proof. We left. Now trying to get our money back. "
