「Had roaches in the room and was very cheap hotel Shower head was spraying everywhere/had to tighten」

「Staff were friendly and helpful.」

「I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. 「飯店外海景夕陽美景很棒，房間內裝修感覺已老舊，相較房價覺得太貴」

「Check-in was great along with a clean room and the best breakfast」

「This was a comfortable and clean hotel. Conveniently located, the restauraunts are a shirt walk away. We were forgotten on the last full day regarding housekeeping but they brought fresh towels right away when we called.」

「Amazing place to stay when visiting Punta Gorda. Very convenient and loved having shops and restaurants so close by. Spacious unit - so much better than just a hotel room.」

「Staff unprofessional」

「We scheduled our stay for my wife's 60th birthday party. We had spoken to the hotel staff about how we were looking forward to celebrating by the rooftop pool.. THE ROOFTOP POOL WAS CLOSED THE ENTIRE TIME WE WERE THERE FOR A PRIVATE COMPANY PARTY. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!」

「This is an historic property and the owner has strived to maintain its historic nature. The owner was pleasant and very helpful. We stayed in the wilderness room. It was clean. The bed was very comfortable and pillows perfect for us. The breakfast prep room was well stocked with 24/7 snacks and drinks. Breakfast selections were typical to those of other three star hotels. There is a large, quaint and well appointed sitting room central to all 2nd floor rooms.」

「Our room was not clean. Bathroom was dirty and the body wash bottle was empty. A dirty towel was left behind the door. The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive. They got us switched to a new room and gave us a discount on our first night. The lobby was very clean, but when you walked in the elevator & vestibule it was hot & muggy. The hallway carpets were dirty. Breakfast was just ok. The pancakes were chewy and tasted a little weird. It’s an old building that is showing its...
