「My room had bed bugs. I killed one, and showed the evening manager another bed bug crawling around the bed, and his initial response was "just kill it." But even one or two bed bugs are too many, since they have other "friends". I asked to have my room changed, which they did. The other room had a stain in the mattress cover which was not a good sign, so I ended up sleeping on top of the covers. 「What is the deal with the hot water in the bathroom? Took forever to get the sink hot water to even a warm temperature.
Staff, especially angel at the front desk was a delight! Would return just because of her Customer Service level ! 」
