"Stayed for one night, hotel is outdated, room was not as clean as I’d like but ok for one night stay"

"This was a nice hotel to stay at. Good location and nice parking. Check-in was easy and the rooms were clean. I found it very quiet and a nice size TV with plenty of channels. The breakfast was good, fresh eggs, sausage and home fries. There was also a bunch of other things to eat like boiled eggs, bread, bagels, cereal, coffee and juice. Plenty for anyone. Check-out was simple. Nice place to stay at, I'd definitely stay here again next time I come back to Syracuse. "

"The room door wouldn't close when we arrived. Although we weren't happy to have to drag all our luggage back downstairs to the desk, the staff was super kind and gave us a new room immediately. Maintenance was on it right away. No complaints!"

"Breakfast off the menu at 11 Waters was fantastic. Beautiful, vintage, fully restored hotel. We did not attempt the 20 minute walk to campus but it was a 5 minute drive away from the University. This was the nicest hotel we have stayed in Syracuse so far. "

"Sink and bathroom drains plugged. Showered in 3 inches of water. Additionally no bath towels on room . Used face clothed sized towels to dry off after the shower. I will not book comfort inn again. "

"This was one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I have ever seen. The floor was extremely sticky, it literally made noise every time you took a step. There were streaks and grime on the furniture, mirrors, and even the walls, which made the whole room feel neglected and unsanitary. The bathroom was just as bad as the rest of the room. It clearly had not been cleaned, and there was dirty water left sitting in the bathtub. We were extremely tired as this was just a stop halfway through our trip, so we only stayed about 6 hours. Even then, we fell asleep feeling uncomfortable and honestly a bit anxious, hoping there wouldn’t be any insects or bed bugs. This stay was very disappointing and far below acceptable cleanliness standards."
