"This place is amazing, very clean, ery comfortable beds, it has a rooftop restaurant/bar, very close to the train station, restaurants, shoppes, hot cookies when you arrive, they hold your bags if you r early for your check in, what else do you want!? Book it now!"

"I bought the hotel as part of a package with flights, and it was €300 cheaper than booking separately. Only afterward did I start reading reviews on other websites, and they were quite negative. But when I arrived, the reception staff were very polite and always ready to help. The breakfasts include champagne, salmon, various types of cheese, eggs, pastries, vegetables, and much more. The views from the panoramic window are simply incredible. On my last night, I paid an extra €30 to upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi. I highly recommend choosing a room with a jacuzzi, especially for couples."

The staff were warm and welcoming, my room was spotless, and the location was ideal — conveniently close to all the places I wanted to explore. The overall service was truly exceptional. If I return to Amsterdam, I would absolutely choose to stay here again. "

"I didn’t really see the staff because I didn’t need to. But they were kind enough to call and message me right after I checked in and settled into my room. The lights confused me as it was my first time in Europe. Turns out you put your keycard in a slot by the door and then they work lol. But my bathroom wasn’t super clean…. There was just some dust.. in the bathtub. And a stain in the sink. I don’t know. But I’m not too picky. I didn’t complain because I was not gonna bath anyway. And it was gone after I showered. The bed was bigger than I thought and it was comfy. AND it’s very conveniently located to things. Right outside your door is a canal. Who can complain? I’d stay here again. "
