「The location is excellent and the size of the apartment was fine. Very accurate at the website photos. The beds weren’t very comfortable. The mattress of the bed and the sofa bed were old or with high usage. If you want to clean towels you have to request it by the WhatsApp the day before. I didn’t find a broom or vacuum」

「員工很友善 房間又大又乾淨 有電梯 對飯店走廊的隔音好 但窗戶的隔音稍差半夜聽到窗戶樓下路人講話聲音 稍微欠佳的是入住的時候 櫃檯沒有人 只留了一張幾分鐘後回來的牌子 本來以為等一下就好但等了很久都沒人回來 如果這樣應該ㄧ開始就要請客人打電話給櫃檯人員 以及房間的門是用類似木框配紙片窗，木框品質不佳一直掉下來 且釘子都外露 有安全疑慮 不過整體來說還是不錯的住宿」

「Overall, our stay in the hotel has been quaint and relaxing. It’s surprising that there was free coffee in the lobby for people living in there. The room was pretty big and the view was great with a canal and trees. The environment around the hotel was safe. Despite the fact that the washroom and the bathroom were separate, it was brilliant that they have provided enough towels and shower gels. The island in the living room was convenient for cooking as well. 」

「I DO NOT recommend people to stay in this hotel. 1. The check-in place is very far from the exact place we stayed in. We had to walk a long distance for around 30 minutes with our languages from the check-in counter to the hotel room, it was definitely not a pleasant experience given that we have already traveled for so many hours to get to the city. 2. There was no elevator in the building. The stairs were steep and narrow and difficult to walk up, not to mention we had to carry our big...

Tralaltro il ferry che collega al centro è gratuito. Self check-in facile e comodissimo. L'agenzia proprietaria presente, attenta e disponibile, anche se per fortuna non abbiamo mai avuto alcun problema. 「The room is situated in a very nice house on one of the amsterdam bridges. From architectural point of view is fantastic. However if you have a large suitcase forget to bring it to the room as you have a narrow spiral staircase to reach it. Concerning noise, you will have the live with the tram crossing the bridge ... that is quite loud and you will have light very early as the blinds are not blocking the sun. For us all those points were some how acceptable as the place is lovely....
