「I will definitely recommend this hotel, it looks like they just opened up so it was very clean and it smelled brand new. The reception guy was so nice (I didn’t get his name) but we started chatting about New York (which is where we were coming from). The beds were comfortable and I just love how they have the room set up, it felt like home oh and I like how they had a stove in the double bed suites. I will definitely stay here again I love a clean hotel. 」

「This place was nice no real issue just your average hotel room for a couple of nights. Felt clean safe and the breakfast was good. The only downside was we paid for some upgrades on our way to the hotel through a text that Wyndham sent, but the staff stated, they don’t see anything about an upgrade and had nothing available…? Haven’t checked my bill if I actually paid for the upgrade or how that was taken care of.」

「My dad and I always stay here due to its proximity to Carowinds. The Comfort Inn continues to deliver. The beds are extremely comfy and rooms get dark at night, thanks to the blackout curtains. Breakfast is always a plus: well-stocked and plenty of options. Staff is great and takes care of their guests. Pool is a fun amenity at end of the day. Plenty of dining options nearby. If you want to go into Uptown Charlotte, this hotel is also close enough. This hotel is always my first option when...

「Get a room on the lake side」

「Overall great stay. My only knock is that the only available parking is around back with ZERO lighting. Serious safety concern here. Also, i ventured out around midnight and returned shortly after to find I didn't need my key to gain access to the building. Oh and my sink stopper was stuck in the closed position. 」
