「Hotel was lovely, and staff were very friendly and attentive. We stayed at the end of season and it was very quiet and maybe this is the reason it lacked atmosphere. Lots of maintenance happening while we were there as they were gearing up for a busy week with the jazz festival.
The hotel is a short walk from the marina with several dining options there (needed as the choices at the hotel were very limited) but otherwise not much is within walking distance.
A free shuttle bus is available...

「Basic room, very spacious. Basic amenities.
Check in was quick.
Food very basic. Service was painfully slow. Stacy the hostess at the restaurant was amazing and made the experience lovely even if the food was lacking. The cappuccino was perfect!
Attention to detail is lacking. Staff morale appears to be very low [my perspective as a seasoned hotelier].
The majority of the employees are not service oriented. We asked four employees for clean towels and we never got it. Three said the room wasn't...

「I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.」

「I like how empty the Beach was given the fact that I was unaware that it was mostly a timeshare place which left the beach pretty empty unless it was the weekend.
