「Very unpleasant experience staying at this hotel. First, very untransparent fees. While the accommodation fare is only $57.52, taxes amounted to $29.07 and "Additional Fees & Room Fees" were $130. When I asked them what these additional fees entailed, they said the $130 reflected a "cleaning fee + water usage fee + electricity," which, to me, shouldn't normally constitute such a high price tag. 「I admit that I misread the option because I thought I got a 2 bed room. However, the room had to be changed because there's no elevators. I couldn't do steps. When we walked into the room the thermostat was set at 80° and took quite awhile to cool down. Also, I didn't know prior to check-in that there would be $100 security deposit. Should be posted or stated when making the reservation.」
