「This was a lovely hotel and the staff were courteous, extremely attentive and very kind. Have to mention Manos who went out of his way many times to help us and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was an absolute star and we are very grateful for his help. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful beaches and very close to Chania. 「The rooms and the staff were absolutely amazing. If you travel as a young family with infants, this is the place to go for you. I was not prepared for the amount of small children in this resort. It was not advertised as such. The amount of crying children in the dining room was overwhelming at times. The food choices were plenty, however the quality of the food was poor, which mainly resulted in my low rating for this property. For example, you were not served orange juice, but orange taste…...
