「House was very dirty, no heat, kitchen cabinets and drawers all broken and filthy, mold in the refrigerator, bathroom fixtures broken, shower clogged. Property manager didnt address any of the issues, refused to bring additional wood for chimney and blankets, didn’t even come when power went out because of storm. Property manager attempted to come in the house with vendors to install cinema system during our stay, Very rude, unprofessional and cheap.」

「This hotel is essentially a rural guesthouse. Without pick-up and drop-off services, it would be very inconvenient. Thanks to the host for the airport pick-up service at 3 a.m. However, I forgot to specify it was a triple room when booking, even though I paid for three beds. Upon check-out, the host asked for an additional $20. Please be aware of this.」
