After a chaotic week and some disappointing hotel experiences, their warm welcome and seamless check-in were a lifesaver. The staff, especially the manager, provided exceptional service. We wish we could have stayed longer, as it felt like home. The rooms were always clean, which was particularly important for my husband, who has cancer. A huge thank you to the Nightcap staff! "Shift staff not helpful n even cause nuisance to guest travel from far . After payment made, they will treat u like disposable commodity. A middle eastern front worker even question my receipt from hotel.com even though it is clearly shown paid with receipt details. What a joke . He just want to test my patience with lots of tricks jjust to make me find another motel after payment made. What a shame. Room is in appalling condition, mouldy smell, lots of hairs n dirty linens. Room far from picture shown. Scams. "
