"Staff was incredible! They genuinely went out of their way for me. My flight was delayed, and I called to ensure my room wouldn't be canceled since I could not check-in on time. The gentleman who assisted me immediately offered, “Don’t worry, I will check in for you and leave notes.” He followed through! When I arrived the next morning (stayed two nights), I had no issues. Additionally, the next day, I needed to print something, and the front desk kindly reassured me, “Don’t worry, I’ll print it for you,” so I had no problems attending my conference. The room was very clean and quiet, and I loved it. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Omni Los Colinas very much!! Staff was very friendly & willing to go above & beyond. They upgraded our room since we were celebrating our anniversary that weekend (the room number happened to be the year we were married❤️) We loved the ambiance of the river walk area that the property overlooks. Quick easy walk to restaurants & Just down the street from the Toyota Music Center with even more options & entertainment. We enjoyed spending an afternoon poolside during their Tiki Social. Drinks & Burger were delicious!! We would definitely stay here again! "
