小さい子供を連れての宿泊になりましたが、子供にも優しくしてくださり、食事の時も、飲み物の配慮から、漬物に手を出していないのをみて、良かったらと海苔を出してくださるなどスタッフの方々にはよくしていただきました。子連れでも安心して泊まれるいいホテルだと思います。

気持ち良い対応でした！

ゴールデンウィークに大山登山目的で初めて利用、連泊しました。 大山に近く、部屋も広く、スタッフの対応、食事、サービス申し分なかったです！ チェックアウトした後、スマホの充電器を忘れていたと連絡をくださり、引き返すことが難しかったので、自宅へ送付をお願いすると快く対応くださいました！ 着払いでと伝えていましたが、サービスで送られてきました。 気持ち良い対応が素晴らしくまた是非利用したいです！

大山登山の前泊利用

大山登山の前泊に利用しました。大正解でした。大満足！！次回も必ずこのホテルを、利用したいです。とても親切な対応をして頂きましまし、夜空観察という無料のイベントもあり子供達も大喜び。期待以上でサービス満点。次回予約が取れないと困るので本当は人には教えたくないくらい【笑】。ただ、気になった点は、目に付く所に掃除道具が格納してあったりした所が、少し庶民的かな？料金を安く大満足。
