"I checked out of this hotel after the first night. The property has extensive water damage and mold growth throughout the roof. When I checked out I asked for a refund on my remaining nights the manager informed me I needed to go through Hotels.com after weeks neither U line or Hotels.com will make it right. Avoid this toxic environment for your own health."

"The hotel is great. I was attending a work conference at the exhibition center across the river in Taipei. The late night concierge on the weekend immediately made me feel at home, coming in at 11 pm on my first solo trip to Asia. The breakfast is excellent. Be aware that most of the restaurants amd things to do are on the other side of the river. There is a shuttle about six times a day to the exhibition center, the HSR station and the Lala mall."

"Pros: Brand new hotel tatami room is nice water playground/slides for kids free mini bar comfy beds and shower private hot tub Cons: location a little far from the JiaoXi junction/food shops no shuttle to bus station (approx 500m) but can take uber Must wear swimming cap to be allowed to use hot spring pools but not communicated/advised on booking - considered unnecessary rules but if you insist then you must inform customers beforehand so we can prepare"
