「The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout my stay, which made the experience very uncomfortable. The room itself had a strong unpleasant odor that did not go away, even after airing it out. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene of the property.」

「Absolutely gorgeous view. Privacy was very limited due to the popularity of the beach club and the loungers right outside our window, however I was ok with it given the gorgeous view and the large windows. The neighbouring restaurant had loud club music late at night that I could hear, and was required to put AirPods in to drown out the noise. Perhaps ear plugs would be nice as an amenity. 「We were in an ocean front loft with a beautiful direct ocean view. The room was clean, with a well equipped kitchen and large refrigerator. The hotel has a great location with a beach on each side of it. The Sunset Cafe had friendly service and good food. The rooftop pool and bar provided outstanding views. Highly recommend! 」

「Simpson Bay Resort was superior. They exceeded all my expectations. The place impeccably clean, staff was so friendly and accomdating no matter where we were in the resort. The around the world boat tour on the santino was a lot of fun. We enjoyed the shopping trip to Philipsburg. Lunch and shopping along all the street shops, many designer boutiques. AMA's jewelry store owner RT, she was fabulous! I would recommend highly at trip to Sint Maarten at Simpson Bay Resort.❤️❤️❤️」

「Two bedroom 2 bath full kitchen on the beach. Beautiful views. We rented a car and it was easy to get around once you got used to it. Close to grocery store, Zipline, and town. Traffic is variable but so what you are on island time! Some staff were very friendly others not so much. Clean, a little run down but didn’t bother us. Laundry available with quarters.
