"Check-in and checkout needs vast improvement. The staff is not overly helpful. The place needs renovation bad. I rode in elevators with the electric panels exposed and wallpaper peeling off of the walls. One elevator had a completely black wall because they hadn't replaced the wallpaper that covered it and was torn. I was there 4 days and this stayed that way the whole time. Checking in and out was a nightmare. Almost made me late for my flight home. "
