「I tried to contact the staff at 10 o'clock, but no one answered. Even when I called 500, no one answered. It's really terrible!!! I have never seen a hotel without any staff or security personnel. I did not successfully check into the hotel and I hope the hotel can refund me！！！」
「Staff members were very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was extremely clean. This was our second time at this hotel. Room was clean, had everything we needed, breakfast buffet was clean and delicious, room temperature was great. Highly recommend this hotel.」
「I really enjoyed this property. Each floor has an area with snacks in a refrigerator like sodas and ice cream and popcorn. We stayed during a not very busy time, but I bet this place would be amazing during a football or basketball game.」
