"I would easily give the overall hotel staff a 5-star rating, as most interactions have been wonderful. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant interaction with Emany at the front desk this morning. She was condescending and lacked the hospitality standard shown by the rest of the team. I hope management can address this, as the rest of your staff is fantastic. Leila, front desk clerk was always professional and courteous."
