The only things I wasn't thrilled about was that you need to enter and exit through the Michelin star restaurant. Slightly uncomfortable if you want to go outside for a smoke in the evening, but the staff didn't make us feel uncomfortable about it. Also, maybe some rugs would help. The 3rd floor room every evening sounded like people were dragging...

「Mathew at the front desk was welcoming, knowledgable, and attentive. He helped research transportation options to/from Auschwitz and made valuable suggestions as it was our first time in Poland. The property is on a quiet street yet within comfortable walking distance of Wawel Castle and Market Square. The room was absolutely gorgeous as was the rest of the hotel. We used the sauna/pool and rooftop patio. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast one morning.」

「Property is clean, spacious and has a well equipped kitchen. Windows are well insulated so you don’t hear street noise. There’s a lounge/bar on the ground floor courtyard that’s playing music until early in the morning but the slight noise we hear in our apartment doesn’t bother us. Cons is it’s a little worn & could improve with a fresh coat of paint, reupholster sofa bed etc.. The location more than makes up for this small matter.
