「This is our third stay at Hotel Copernicus spanning 20 years, and it was another exceptional experience. The team made my husband’s 60th birthday unforgettable with sparkling wine, a handwritten note, and a superb seven-course tasting menu. The chef’s food was truly outstanding — we have eaten in several Michelin-starred restaurants, and he is certainly worthy of one. 「Breakfast was fresh with a good selection and served by efficient friendly staff. Omelettes and other food items could be ordered individually. Rooms were large and clean and beds were turned down daily. Reception service was efficient and any questions we had were answered. The bar is open until midnight and there was live piano music on Friday with a medley of well known tunes played by a friendly pianist. Overall a very nice weekend spent in Cracow with the hotel adding to this experience. 」
