What the pictures show about this property is not what I got. A cheap youth hostel would have been described as top deluxe compared with the room and the area of the hotel I got. In a word it was a shack. I would not recommend it to my enemy. I hope there is a place to add pictures or if you contact me by email I'll send them

O hotel tem um bom café da manhã. Mas considero que fui induzido ao erro, considerando que a maioria dos hotéis tem ar-condicionado em todos os quartos, eu aluguei acreditando que o meu tinha. Para minha surpresa o quarto que eu reservei não tinha ar-condicionado. Quando fui fazer o check in o atendente me avisou e ofereceu um quarto com ar-condicionado por um valor a mais. Fui conferir o anúncio e nenhum quarto tem ar-condicionado. Não tem como o cliente saber. Espero que o hotel corrija o seu anúncio e especifique qual quarto tem ar-condicionado e qual não tem.

A recepção parece de hotel 5 estrelas. O saguão para o café da manhã ou jantar é bem decorado, limpo e agradável. Café dá manhã foi bom. Estacionamento ainda que lotado consegui uma vaga. O problema foi o quarto, que apesar do recepcionista me avisar que não tinha janela e era pequeno, respondi "sem problemas". Mas sem ventilação e com cheiro de cigarro, não foi fácil. O folheto do hotel prevê multa de 200 reais se o hóspede fumar. Banheiro muito mal cuidado, um ventilador de teto extremamente barulhento.

Bom para uma noite. A cama era boa. O cafe tb. Os atendentes muito educados. Os dormitorios poderiam ser melhores. Nao rem luz de cabeceiras nem apoi para o celular. Falta ducha higiênico. Achei caro pelo que oferece. Ja fiquei em outros pelo mesmo valor que é mais equipado

Sempre aluguei o quarto casal standard com ar e frigobar e eles mudaram para Superior 1. Nao sabia e reservei este mesmo, quarto pequeno com ventilador barulhento , mas pela simpatia e cordialidade dos recepcionistas , principalmemte o Diego e a mocinha ( que sempre emprestava o secador pra minha esposa) valeu a pena a estadia . Com certeza , voltaremos mais vezes, agora alugando direto con o hotel .

O atendimento foi maravilhoso, porém a estrutura que foi dita deixou a desejar um pouco assim como a limpeza do quarto do prédio e das cobertas. As cobertas não tinham sido lavadas e claramente usadas por outras pessoas, a limpeza do quarto estava duvidosa e o prédio tinha baratas nas escadas e corredores
